Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GarageGantt ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use a paid plan.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for each renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, uploading malware, or using the Service for unlawful activity.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of vehicles, photos, documents, and other data you upload. You grant GarageGantt a limited license to host and process this content solely to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GarageGantt's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
