Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel any paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period and will not renew.

Refunds

Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not exported large amounts of data. Pro-rated refunds are not provided after this window.

Monthly plans: Non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Shop plans: Refundable within 7 days of initial purchase. After that, cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

Free plan

The Garage Starter plan is free forever — no payment, nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email billing@garagegantt.com from the email on the account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Data after cancellation

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can re-subscribe without losing your build. After 30 days the workspace is permanently deleted.
